Avocado mascarpone mousse
- 100 g mascarpone
- 50 g prosciutto (or ham)
- 50 g avocado (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender jar or in a tall bowl if you use an immersion blender.
- Blend until a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained.
