  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g tuna in oil
  • 1 carrot (about 70-80 g)
  • 10 g walnuts (chopped )
  • 10 g linseed
  • 1/2 lemon
  • q.s. extra virgin olive oil
  • q.s. salt


  • Stone, peel and cut the avocado into small cubes. Put them in a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon and mix.
  • Peel and grate the carrot and add it to the bowl together with the tuna, the walnuts and the linseed.
  • Mix and season with extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.
