Avocado tuna salad – a colourful, fresh, tasty and healthy salad. Very suitable for a quick solution for a light dinner or lunch.
Avocado is a fruit, considered as superfood because of the many benefits and beneficial effects it has on health.
Avocado tuna salad
- 1 avocado
- 100 g tuna in oil
- 1 carrot (about 70-80 g)
- 10 g walnuts (chopped )
- 10 g linseed
- 1/2 lemon
- q.s. extra virgin olive oil
- q.s. salt
- Stone, peel and cut the avocado into small cubes. Put them in a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon and mix.
- Peel and grate the carrot and add it to the bowl together with the tuna, the walnuts and the linseed.
- Mix and season with extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.
