Beetroot, apple, carrot and orange juice
- 250 g orange (peeled)
- 250 g apple (peeled)
- 150 g carrot (peeled)
- 300 g beetroot (peeled)
- 5 g ginger (peeled)
- Wash and peel all ingredients. Then cut them into large pieces.
- Put the fruit and vegetables in a juicer and extract the juice.
- Pour the juice into glasses and consume it.
