Breaded boiled eggs – very easy and quick to prepare appetizer with a tasty and crispy crust.


Breaded boiled eggs
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- q.s. flour
- q.s. breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- q.s. salt
- q.s. black pepper (optional)
- q.s. sunflower oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for about 9-10 minutes, after that cool and peel them.
- Put some flour and breadcrumbs into separate bowls. In another bowl, beat 1 egg and season it with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Roll each peeled boiled egg first in the flour, then dip it in the beaten egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Repeat again in the egg and breadcrumbs.
- In a deep pan, heat plenty of oil. Fry the eggs for about 2-3 minutes until crisp.
- Drain and place on kitchen paper to drain off excess fat.
- Serve with a fresh salad or sauce of choice.
