Breaded chicken breasts in the oven are quick and easy to make.

Chicken breasts become very tasty and aromatic. The breading of corn flour and spices gives a crisp and golden crust with an irresistible flavour.

The breaded chicken fillets are perfect with a side dish of fresh salad, oven roasted potatoes with aromatic herbs or homemade mayonnaise.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g chicken breast ( thin sliced )
  • 2-3 tsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g corn flour
  • 1 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme (dried)
  • q.s. black pepper
  • q.s. salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the corn flour with the spices (thyme, ground red pepper, black pepper, salt).
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Dip the chicken slice in the eggs and then coat it in the corn flour, then again in the eggs and again in the corn flour.
  • Arrange the meat on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread a drizzle of olive oil over each slice of breaded chicken breast.
  • Bake it in a preheated convection oven at 200° for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with a side dish of your choice.
