Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 50 g ricotta cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 3-4 g thyme ( fresh)

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and fry the feta cheese.
  • Add the walnuts and the fresh thyme leaves. Blend it all together. 
  • Add the ricotta cheese and mix it well.
  • Slice the baguette.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 200° for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Spread the cheese pate on the bread or distribute it using a piping bag.
