Bruschetta with cheese pate
Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 200 g feta cheese
- 50 g ricotta cheese
- 50 g butter
- 30 g walnuts
- 3-4 g thyme ( fresh)
Instructions
- Melt the butter and fry the feta cheese.
- Add the walnuts and the fresh thyme leaves. Blend it all together.
- Add the ricotta cheese and mix it well.
- Slice the baguette.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 200° for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread the cheese pate on the bread or distribute it using a piping bag.
