How to make homemade bread with cornflour?
The recipe is easy and requires only a few ingredients to make a delicious and fluffy homemade cornbread.
It goes well with both sweet and savoury flavours.


Corn flour bread
Ingredients
- 230 g flour (all purpose)
- 150 g corn flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 180 ml water (warm)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 20 g beer yeast (fresh)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Sift the flour into a large bowl.
- Add the corn flour and mix. Make a well in the center and pour in the olive oil.
- Dissolve the yeast, combining it with the sugar in the warm water. Add it gradually to the bowl, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Knead the dough by hand, adding the salt. Form a loaf, put it in a bowl, cover and leave to rise for about 1 hour.
- Put the dough on a lightly floured surface and mix. Form a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make incisions at the top with a sharp knife. Spread with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with a little corn flour. Cover and leave for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 25-30 minutes.
- Leave the bread cool before cutting.
