Homemade croutons for soups and salads
- 100 g bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp basil (dried)
- 1 tsp oregano (dried)
- Dice the bread.
- Pour the olive oil and sprinkle with the basil and oregano. Other dried spices to taste can be added, as well as garlic powder. Mix it.
- Spread out the cubes on a tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 5 - 10 minutes until golden brown.
