The cream is ideal for a vegan menu. It can be used for both sweet and savoury dishes. It is perfect for making homemade ice cream, desserts, pasta sauces, vegetable or meat dishes.

Homemade vegan cream
Ingredients
- 100 ml soy milk
- 200 ml sunflower oil (soybean or corn oil)
Instructions
- Pour the soy milk and the sunflower oil (or soybean or corn oil) into a tall, narrow container.
- Blend with an immersion blender until a homogeneous and creamy mixture is obtained.
- Pour the cream into a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- It is perfect for making homemade ice cream, pasta sauces, vegetable or meat dishes.
