Jelly pudding with yoghurt and lemon is a fresh summer recipe for a delicious homemade dessert.

Jelly pudding with yoghurt and lemon
Ingredients
- 500 ml yoghurt
- 12 g gelatine (6 sheets)
- 70 ml lemon juice
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 1 vanilla
Instructions
- Put the gelatine sheets in a bowl with cold water and leave for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pour the yoghurt into a bowl and whisk it together with the sugar and vanilla.
- Squeeze the lemons, strain the juice and add it to the bowl. Mix it.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk. Add the gelatine well squeezed out of the water and stir with a spoon to dissolve it completely. Heat over low heat, being careful not to boil it. Remove from heat and leave it to cool.
- Gradually drizzle the dissolved gelatine into the yoghurt, whisking gently.
- Pour the mixture into bowls or pudding molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Serve the pudding cold with a garnish of your choice.
