Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml yoghurt
  • 12 g gelatine (6 sheets)
  • 70 ml lemon juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Put the gelatine sheets in a bowl with cold water and leave for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, pour the yoghurt into a bowl and whisk it together with the sugar and vanilla.
  • Squeeze the lemons, strain the juice and add it to the bowl. Mix it.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk. Add the gelatine well squeezed out of the water and stir with a spoon to dissolve it completely. Heat over low heat, being careful not to boil it. Remove from heat and leave it to cool.
  • Gradually drizzle the dissolved gelatine into the yoghurt, whisking gently.
  • Pour the mixture into bowls or pudding molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Serve the pudding cold with a garnish of your choice.
