Homemade mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 egg ( at room temperature)
- 200 ml sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- The ingredients need to be at room temperature. In a tall jar, put the egg, add the lemon juice, salt and oil.
- Place the immersion blender at the bottom of the jar and turn it on high speed. Leave it to the bottom until the mixture starts to thicken. Then slightly pull it up.
- Once the thick and creamy mixture is obtained, the mayonnaise is ready to be consumed.
Notes
About 200 grams of mayonnaise are obtained. Store it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
