Pasta with mushrooms and cream – a quick and simple to prepare recipe for delicious pasta with a rich and tasty flavour.

Pasta with mushrooms and cream
Ingredients
- 200 g pasta (penne)
- 300 g champignon mushrooms ( fresh)
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 1/2 onion
- 3 tbsp olive extra virgin oil
- q.s. salt
- q.s. black pepper
- q.s. parsley
- q.s. parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms and the onion.
- Cook the pasta in a large stockpot of salted boiling water, according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile stew the onion with the oil in a pan.
- Add the mushrooms and about 50 ml of the water where the pasta boiled and cook for around 10 minutes.
- Add the cooking cream, salt and black pepper to taste and mix.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well and serve with chopped fresh parsley and shredded parmesan (optional).
