  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 ml yougurt
  • 100 ml oil (50 ml sunflower and 50 ml olive oil)
  • 1 baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g pineapple (fresh )
  • 20 g butter
  • 5 g cacao
  • 50 g coconut (grated)


  • Beat the eggs with the sugar in a large bowl.
  • Add the yogurt and mix it.
  • Pour the oil (50 ml sunflower oil and 50 ml olive oil) and mix it.
  • Combine the flour with the baking powder, add it and mix everything well.
  • Grease and flour a baking pan.
  • Put the pineapple cut into pieces and sprinkle with cacao.
  • Pour the mixture over and bake it in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30-35 minutes.
  • Remove it from the oven and let it cool, after that turn it back and sprinkle with grated coconut.
