The pineapple and coconut cake is a soft and delicious dessert with an exotic taste, thanks to the combination of fresh pineapple and coconut. It is perfect to be served as a breakfast or as a tasty dessert.

Pineapple and coconut cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 150 ml yougurt
- 100 ml oil (50 ml sunflower and 50 ml olive oil)
- 1 baking powder
- 300 g flour
- 200 g pineapple (fresh )
- 20 g butter
- 5 g cacao
- 50 g coconut (grated)
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with the sugar in a large bowl.
- Add the yogurt and mix it.
- Pour the oil (50 ml sunflower oil and 50 ml olive oil) and mix it.
- Combine the flour with the baking powder, add it and mix everything well.
- Grease and flour a baking pan.
- Put the pineapple cut into pieces and sprinkle with cacao.
- Pour the mixture over and bake it in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30-35 minutes.
- Remove it from the oven and let it cool, after that turn it back and sprinkle with grated coconut.
