The sweet calla lilies are quick and easy to make. The homemade sweets are great idea for guests. They can be used used to decorate other desserts or just to enjoy them with a cup of aromatic coffee.

Sweet calla lilies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 50 g flour
- 55 g powdered sugar (with vanilla)
- 50 g jam
- 10 g almonds (peeled sliced)
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and the sugar to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Add the flour and mix it well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon form circles from the dough, leaving space between them.
- Bake for about 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- Remove them from the oven and immediately, very quickly fold each piece to make a calla lily.
- Put a little jam and a piece of almond in the middle.
